General information:

7 days minimum stay for Villa Castelletto 

3 days minimum stay for Ca' Stella (low season only) 7 days minimum stay in mid and high season

Down payment at the time of booking: 30% of the total amount 

Final payment four weeks before arrival. 

No pets allowed 

No events, weddings, celebrations with external guests allowed 

No shared use, even temporarily, by non-resident, unregistered visitors

Cancellation policy: 

In case of cancellation of the booking, the following cancellation fees apply: 

Up to 90 days before the start of the rental period: 0% of the rental price 

up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price 

up to 15 days before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price 

otherwise (less than 15 days before the start of the rental period) 100% of the rental price
